LCTI - is the program that focuses in the improvement of soft skills of students by creative and innovative learning. Students are offered four different modules from their freshmen years at university, which are Critical thinking, Communication, Leadership, and Innovation. Each module addresses different skills set that are taught by practical exercises, case studies and master classes that are conducted by guest lecturers.

In the academic year of 2021-2022, more than 500 CIU students started from Critical thinking module, which is designed to enhance students' analytical reasoning in various situations by modern and traditional learning methods. One of the most effective methods of both learning and assessment in this module is debating. Students have demonstrated their negotiation and persuasion skills acquired during classes by participating in monthly debates.
