Office of IT Support

The IT Department is one of the divisions of Cambridge International University, which ensures that the help desk system remains fit. They assist with business technology and equipment, including installation, maintenance, and assessments. They also identify gaps in the support process and amend them accordingly.

To achieve that goal, the IT Department performs the following tasks:

• Implementing new software and technologies;
• Providing guidance for problems and questions;
• Assisting the staff and students with IT related problems;  

Functions of the IT Department:

• Support manager works with other management staff to determine and implement specific technical needs and priorities of an organization;
• Helping students, academic and administrative staff about LMS program or other tools that are used within the University;
• Contribute to engagement strategies;
• Has a thorough understanding of available technology and researches to learn about innovative solutions and new releases
