Election in CIU

The Student Parliament Election is an event  where students vote and are supervised by university members. The main purpose of the Student Parliament Election is to give students the opportunity to develop leadership qualities by organizing and conducting various university events and service projects.

How are elections decided?

Instead, presidential elections use the college. To win the election, a candidate must receive a majority of electoral votes. In the event no candidate receives a majority, the House of Representatives chooses the president and the Senate chooses the vice president. Although there’s a long list of leadership activities students can choose to participate in, Student Parliament easily takes first place for supporting the school’s goal of being a place where everyone enjoys learning and being creative – trying new things, finding solutions and embracing their responsibilities.

At the Cambridge International University also organized Election week. Students’ Parliament Election started register from 11th March and for Campaigning was given 1 week. During the week students tried to show their leadership skills, shared some ideas and worked with team.

During the election period, you showed the students what you are capable of while organizing events and pawed the way for those willing to contribute but are shy.
